FAQ
Got Questions?
Let's fix that...
What is BACKTRAX in a nutshell?
BACKTRAX is a service that we provide that elevates (improves and adds to) existing customer data. This means data that you get from any CAPXEL service but this also means any data that you get or have from leads, opt-in forms or customers. Whatever you have, we can add to it up to 500 fields of valuable consumer information.
What can you do with BACKTRAX data?
Anything you want (except anything illegal). You can use it for marketing, running ads or retargeting ads, custom emails, deep insights into existing phone leads, sending postcards, and creating audience segmentations. Really the sky is the limit and our customers are constantly finding new ways to implement it.
Is BACKTRAX for B2B or B2C?
We provide data for B2B and B2C. We identify people primarily based on their personal information like income, inferred credit score, if they own their house, how much is left on their mortgage, number of kids, etc. But then we also provide their company info, position at the company, website, number of employees, etc.
What data is included in BACKTRAX?
We have over 500 data points that includes personal and household information, automobile information, type of dwelling, company information, credit and loan information, information about their interests like religion and political affiliation, what types of products they purchase online, and even social media handles. And a lot more.
